Nuvia is a mental health tracking and journaling app designed to empower users aged 16 and above to take control of their emotional well-being. The app combines daily journaling, AI-powered insights, and guided mindfulness exercises in a calm, modern and human-centered experience.

Nuvia features a color-adaptive interface that transforms dynamically based on the user’s emotional state. Each tracked mood activates a specific color scheme designed to visually and psychologically support the user’s emotional journey. This responsive system helps users identify and regulate their emotions through intuitive visual feedback, turning each interaction into a calm and personalized experience.

The color associations are:

  • Serene (red) – represents happiness, radiating vitality, confidence and positive energy.

  • Aura (pink) – symbolizes joy, bringing warmth, affection, and emotional lightness.

  • Ennui (yellow) – reflects boredom, encouraging curiosity, creativity, and renewed focus.

  • Blue – indicates anger, shifting the interface toward calmness, balance, and reflection.

  • Dolor (purple) – Evokes sadness or depression, offering comfort, empathy, and introspection.

By blending color psychology with AI-driven personalization, Nuvia transforms emotional awareness into a visually guided path toward mental well-being.
