For its first global brand campaign, PayJoy turned a simple belief—when you trust people, people respond—into stories of opportunity across Brazil, Colombia and Mexico.

Rather than leading with financial products, the campaign focused on people using their phones to work, learn, connect and move forward. Each story builds toward one meaningful moment—approval—turning a transaction into an expression of trust and bringing the idea to life across film, digital, social, audio, radio and out-of-home.

PayJoy enters each story at one simple but meaningful moment: approval. Transforming an everyday transaction into an expression of trust

The Concept

Turning belief into experience

Instead of making credit the protagonist, each story focused on what access could make possible. A smartphone became more than a product: it could mean a new customer, another day of work, access to education, a connection with family or simply the possibility of moving forward.

The creative system was built around a shared narrative structure, allowing the campaign to remain unmistakably PayJoy as it moved between stories, formats and markets.

A dedicated institutional jingle extended that identity into sound, creating a recognizable thread across campaign films, radio, retail environments, local activations and social content.

The result was not a single piece of communication, but an integrated brand experience designed to move from screens to streets.

What can happen when someone believes in you?

One global idea. Three local expressions.

Taking one campaign across Latin America meant going beyond translation.
Brazil, Colombia and Mexico shared the same creative foundation, but not the same cultural expression.

Language, accents, casting, voice, wardrobe, uniforms, food, props and environments were adapted market by market—allowing the campaign to remain recognizably PayJoy while feeling culturally relevant in each place.

A campaign built for
scale and consistency

The campaign launched across Brazil, Colombia and Mexico, expanding from hero films and social into digital, connected TV, audio, radio and out-of-home. Adapting across formats and physical and digital environments without losing its identity.

Key Takeaways

PayJoy's first global brand campaign demonstrated that consistency and localization don't have to compete. A strong global idea can remain recognizable while giving local culture enough space to shape how it looks, sounds and feels.

The campaign created a shared creative foundation capable of scaling across markets, stories and channels without asking every expression to be identical.

Keep the idea global. Tell the story locally.
